I think, you're mistaken.
99% of credits are from the orginal version -
And this is Filmark (not IFD) re-edition -

So, we have to remove only Tomas Tang (as producer) and Vincent Leung (as second editor), because all the other crew memebers appear in credits of original version.
Not sure about production company.

Did some updates in credits, for less confusion

It does not matter if this is a Filmark or IFD production, they are companies which only take films from other production companies and cut, paste, merge or modify them to do an international re-release with other titles.
Also, I suspect that credits of this "new version" are mainly invented, because the new supporting actors, new makeup, new cinematographer, etc., are things which only can be done "in production" and not in a second cut.
