These two are actually the same actress. (check here: https://tavis.tw/files/15-1000-10055,c1014-1.php)
But which name should we make the primary one? Technically, in our database she has far more credits as Sung Ling-yu, but Sung I-fang is the name she goes by currently.

Yeah, that is a tough one as it violates the "most credited" principle. I can tell you from experience that the actual people that are in the HKMDB that contact me directly really like their names to be correct and current...so perhaps this would be a good addendum to the guideline for primary names.

"If a Person has a long standing credited name - and is still active, and changes it - then we go with the most current."

And again, there will be case-by-case variation so always use best judgement.

This is a very important matter, so thanks for being thoughtful about this and bringing it up.
