I suppose it should be Lam Ban (2) http://hkmdb.com/db/people/view.mhtml?i ... ay_set=eng
(wrong alias as Ling Bin instead of Lin Bin)

Maybe those are even the same person? Their pictures seem very similar IMO - please compare those
