Someone objects if I merge the two movies? Oliver Sodemann (with all his books and data) never heard of "Battle of the Mirror Guardian".

I added this entry in 2008 because it appears in a book about Joseph Kuo. We should check if the two movies appear in the book of Abbot.

From what source you get the 4 actors listed on "Battle of the Mirror Guardian"? All 4 are the main cast of "Five".

The five devil ghosts are mentioned in the first sentence under the poster. One of them is ???, the "mirror man" in the english subtitles in the movie. And ??? is part of the title of "Battle of the Mirror Guardian".

I don't believe it is a coincidence and I don't believe "Battle" is a sequel.

Frankly, I do not remember from where I got that information. Maybe it was in Atmovies (http://app.atmovies.com.tw/movie/movie. ... cmb5050309) but I am not sure.
Anyway, in other sources, they say that "The Five Devil Ghost" and "Battle of the Mirror Guardian" are different movies, one was produced in 1970 and the other in 1971.

Of course, I know that does not mean nothing, but maybe you should contact with Mr. Abbot, who can check his book about Joseph Kuo.

Both names are also the same as in FIVE.

I guess ????? is the Taiwan release title or one of the Taiwan release titles of FIVE.
