Trying to figure how ??? becomes Kwong Ka Lok in English.

Kwong was originally created for Chase Step by Step (1974)
I wonder if the 1974 credit is correct or belongs to a/nother real Kwong Ka Lok? I can't decipher the credit images.

I added the DOB/DOD, aliases Nakano and ??? from sources below, et al.
Here's what I've found on ???, a lyricist/drummer:

Okay, I think maybe delete 1974 credit, name Kwong Ka Lok and change name to Nakano . Maybe we can find a Kwong Ka Lok later.

INOO.

??? appears in the credits of "Chase Step By Step", but I do not know why I named him as "Kwong". It should be "Na Ka-Nok" or something like that.
