It might be her, but she only has a small role at the end of the movie, so it feels a bit strange to find her so far up on the cast list.
The cast list might be a bit wrong in that accord though as I found THIS page which may be our Ying Chi, but the woman which looks like her has a fairly big role in the beginning of the movie so I would have expected her farther up in the cast.
