That IS Tam Kon-chung.

This has been brought up before in the Cat. III forum, with further issues identified regarding Fei-Chi-tam and Anthony Tam (who I'd honestly thought were the same guy ), but has not been acted upon yet. Perhaps I should have posted here instead!
