Identified Bao Fang.

I think this actor is Leung Kei-Hei, athough don't know how accurate is Leung Kei-Hei's id from 2 young.
He is not in the cast list for Sting yet.

If someone will find Leung Kei-Hei (1) in Final justice (1997) - the only movie credited for Leung Kei-Hei (2) - than yes
