By far the greatest number I have added for one movie. You guys who regularly add 50 to 100 images (STSH, Michael Kistner, Bearserk, etc.) are amazing--adding 20 is a snap, 40 isn't bad, 60 is drudgery...beyond that I am not sure what would get numb first, my brain or my mouse hand.

It is a very long process - I can usually only do it for 20 min at a time before needing a break

It depends a bit on the movie, a Fortune Star remaster as a breeze going through taking images from. A bad VCD movie however can be a daunting task even though you get less images from that, or movies lacking subtitles which is also not very fun to go through.
Other than that it is just to sit down and enjoy oneself, taking one image after another and replacing pictures as you get better while going through the movie.
