In my opinion it is correct.

Not sure if this will be of use. First two are from image database of a person who (I think) we agree is Got Dik-Wa with her ear highlighted a couple of different ways. Second two are from image in question. May help those with a better eye to tell the difference, if any.

Now I remember that the girl with the flower could be from the movie "The Imposter". In that movie plays Got Dik-Wa a prostitute:

but there is also David Chiang's girl who looks in my memory like the girl with the flower. I check that today.
But she is not Lily Chen.

You are right. It is not Got Dik-Wa. The image shows the girl together with David Chiang at the start of "Imposter". I moved the image.
