I believe this is Alex Lam Chi-sin (?) in these two pix from TAXI DRIVER (2002):

If not, he looks really familiar and maybe I'm confusing him with another actor I've seen in a million B pictures like this one . The film has no closing credits, and the opening credits pretty much match what we have in the DB, so there's quite a few uncredited actors, but this was the most obvious one.

I don't think it's Alex Lam. I think it's another actor who was recently mentioned in some other thread, and I think I have somewhere on my PC his portrait as unidentified actor from C'est la vie mon cheri

Cool! I've seen this guy a number of times, but I can't remember what triggered the memory that he was in this movie, which I watched months ago. Weird. Hopefully we can ID him (maybe he's here already?).
