Please help me identify an actor

Hi all,

I am trying to find movies with a certain Hong Kong actor, but I don't know his name. Perhaps you know him. He has a very round face and is mostly in comedy Hong Kong movies, and always seems to be smiling. I think he is also a Hong Kong TV star.

He appears towards the end of the video (52 seconds remaining) which is currently at the top of Jet Li's blog site: http://www.alivenotdead.com/26. He is wearing a black tie and waist-coat and has grey hair.
