Mark Houghton does appear in the international cut of the movie:

He should be added to the cast, perhaps tagged as "international version only" or such.

Last one is indeed Taralia but I don't remember him in the movie at all.
You talk about an international version. I didn't know there was 2 different cuts of Live Hard (and indeed, Mark Houghton is not in the version I saw).
Could Tartalia be also part of an addendum made for the international market?

Indeed, Houghton and Tartalia (pretend we're right on him) are both not in the Hong Kong version.

looks like Lam Suet

I saw the HK version and the German/international version. The second one has new fight scenes (including one or two with Houghton and if I remember it correct Tartalia's appearence), but many good scenes are missing (action and story). The HK version is much better.

Thanks, I didn't tag your possible Lam Suet ID since I wouldn't judge it, Mintz, Houghton and Tartalia are tagged now.

It would be good to mention that Houghton and Tartalia appear only in the export cut by putting that info somehow in the role name line. I mentioned that in the portrait description so far. Maybe some experienced editor could advise here how this case is to handle.

It does look a lot like Lam Suet! That would be the earliest appearance I'm aware of for him.
