The year 2003 seems fairly correct, judging by the images of Zuki Lee and Oscar Lam's hair cut's 2002-2003 seems to be the correct year.
Seems Kam Siu-Wai plays 2 roles in the movie, unless Kam Siu-Ming is his twin brother, Kam Siu-Ming isn't listed as an actor, Kam Siu-Wai is however, so I ID'ed both as Wai.
