ID me - The Dignified Killers (1991)

First ID of Lung Siu-Wa:
As far I can see he's the only actor beside Lam Wai (1) in both movies, The Dignified Killers and Retreat of the Godfather.
That's him in the latter one:
Is he probably Lam Chiu-Hung?
And I wonder what's the story behind Lee Hung (4) in The Dignified Killers.
I'm not familiar with this lady, from the headshots, I'd say that's her, so I tagged her. Her character as a prostitute doesn't seem to fit to her filmography and probably her age. She has two scenes in which she's naked, in one of them treated really badly in characteristical CAT III way. Beside that, she's the only other significant female role beside Emily Chu and her four sidekick girls.
