ID Me: One Arm Hero (1994)

Looking back on the trilogy, there was a mistake on the IDing of White Lotus Cult:
this is not Wong Kam-Kong

I have made the change.
Also, in One Arm Hero, Ji Chun-Hua is listed in the cast. However, he does not appear in the film. I have removed him from the cast as a result.
Wong Gwan-Hong is also listed as appearing, but unless he plays a different character, I believe his character doesn't appear after White Lotus Cult. Can anyone ID him?
