I'm fairly certain that's not Shum Wai. I really don't remember him being in this one.

By the way, Shiomi, is there a new DVD of this film out? It's hardly a classic, but I'd probably pick it up if it was cheap enough.

The caps were made from a DVD, but by no means from a new one. I used the OOP Chinese DVD from WA (it's in fact censored in one scene, but all the action is intact). To my knowledge, it's still the only DVD ever released.

I don't think that's Shum Wai, either.

Ahh, thanks for that. So many of these lesser-known 80's and 90's action movies deserve DVD releases of ANY kind, and yet we can always look forward to more re-issues of "the classics."

How often do HK actors take their real life names with them in the movies. I was thinking of that possibility too since this guy's "Mission of Justice" character was named "Ma" (added now). Let's adopt this fact as even more evidence to your ID.
