He appears in a prominent role in "Broken Oath" and according to the HKFA also appears in "The Seven Indignant".

He looks like Ha Yue (夏雨) to me but not sure if he's the same Ha Yue in the db.

Oh! Maybe you are right, because Ha Yue appears in the credits of "Broken Oath" too!

Is this man KUO CHENG-YU?
