It is said that this is Robert Kerver.

I don't know his name but then he was in "Fists of Bruce Lee" too! The same terrible hairstyle again - it must be him (not listed yet) Uploaded a german Lobby Card as proof at http://hkmdb.com/db/movies/image_detail ... ay_set=eng

I found another site that refers to this actor as Robert Kerver, added that ID.

I cannot find Au Lap Bo in this film, and the role of "customer of fortune teller" doesn't appear in this movie either. Unless someone has contradictory evidence, I'll remove him from the cast in 1o days.

As far as I know there are only a few restaurant and one gamblinghouse scene in this movie.
As I'm not familiar with this actor I can't say if Au Lap Bo is in one of these scenes or not.
