I think she is Yuen Biu Wong (in "Instant Kung Fu Man").
Can anyone confirm?

I don't think she is Yuen Biu Wong. The name is also in the cast of Snuff Bottle Connection and Ninja Pirates (Gold Constables), but I don't see her in those films.

In "Instant Kung Fu Man", I don't have an original Chinese cast list, but the most prominent unmatched name in the English cast list is "Shun Kam Le", so I think that probably refers to that actress.

I think the actor below is probably Yuen Biu Wong, since he appears in those three films. It is the same actor; note the chin scar. Also, in Ninja Pirates, the only unmatched on-screen cast name Yuen Biu Wong. There are 3 betrayed men at the beginning of the film; the other 2 betrayed men are in the cast list, so the 3rd one should also be in the cast list, and that is the actor below.
