Is he the same guy as in "Big Brother Cheng"?

The unknown actor who is in "Big Brother Cheng" and "Big Bad Sis" is also in "Notorious Eight" (big role) and "Arson"(key witness in court). In both movies his name is shown on screen at his appearence.

I add his name tomorrow to the database.
