I believe he is Ben Cheung Ka Lun although IMDB list him as Ben Cheung Siu Hung.

In IMDB, Ben Cheung has 2 movie roles. One is Shopaholics & the other PTU-Death trap.
Ben Cheung Ka Lun act in PTU-Death trap. Cd they be the same person?
