Noticed this thread over at Asian DVD Guide, and since no one over there could ever be bothered helping us out here , I figured I'd just throw a link here and see what you folks think:

Well, it shouldn't be hard to pull the credits off the DVD but I'd bet it matches the HKFA entry.

I'd be willing to bet somebody saw a Caucasian face and assigned it to Kate James.

A Google image search for ???/Wong Ting-Foon turned this up for comparison:

...I checked my old Malaysian VCD, the end credits follow the Chinese HKFA entry order (unlike our entry), no roles though.
Also, checked the Mad Mission version but no end credits. The opening credits list Samuel Hul(sp),Carl Mak, Sylvia Chang,
costarring Suzanna Valentino, Yasuki Kurata,Joe Dimmick,Hector Britt . That's it.

The back of the Mei Ah vcd has this description from an eBay listing:

Great detective work as always, Dennis. I was thinking of grabbing the credits in the next couple of days, but I guess there's little need now. Time for an update, I think (and we'll keep the ADG'ers happy in the bargain).

Moved "Juju" to Wong Ting-foon's spot, and also revised her photo ID.

I'm wondering who Kate James is now. Our photo gallery looks fairly complete, and I don't see any other Caucasian or mixed actresses in there that might fit the billing. Perhaps Sue Wong IS Kate James? Could the original U.S. distributors have given her an English name because of her looks, one that's simply been carried on down through the ages here? Perhaps Kate James is her western name?

I notice your "Suzanna Valentino" is absent from our cast list: at IMDB her only screen credit is, not surprisingly, ACES GO PLACES II. Another English-friendly alias for Ms. Wong, perhaps?

Mad Mission version:
Suzanna Valentino might be the alias for Sue Wang/Wong Ting-Foon.
Joe Dimmick and Hector Britt aren't credited in the HK version.

Kate James - maybe the receptionist in the opening office scene (Mad Mission version)?

HK version:
Pretty sure Kate James isn't Wong Ting-Foon since they are credited separately on my vcd.
Robert Simper and GlenThomson are the only other English names on the credits.
