Tino Wong - Twins Effect (2003)

I watched the second disc of Twins Effect and spotted stunt double for Mickey Hardt.I think of Tino Wong,looks like him.
Can anyone confirm it?

Why no one adds him as stuntman?Some kungfucinema.com users also agreed this is Tino.

I have my doubts because of the age of Tino Wong at that time.

Well,he doubled for Mickey Hardt in scenes where swords are involved.So he didn't do that much(if you are referring to fact he is old).And don't forget Tino Wong always worked as extra.Wang Seung Lam does stuints since 1970's till these days.So why he can be but not Tino Wong?And the if this man isn't Wong,then who is he????
