The Full Moon (1967): Kwan Hoi-San mistake?

these two actors are identified as Kwan Hoi-San. I haven't seen the movie, but they don't look like the same person...

I think they are the same.
Same ears, same 'scar' on the nose, just next to his left eye.
Perhaps one has an other aspect ratio?

Maybe - perhaps makeup for a flashback/flashforward or something like that
