I just had a look at Bearserks new actor-images of The Case Of the Cold Fish (1995)

I couldnt be sure of this, but looks alittle bit like #5:

Same man from a different angle, he has a birthmark or something on his right cheek which should help to see if it is the same man.

He does have a spot on the exact place in his face, looks like a liver-spot or a birthmark as said. Much of everything matches so its probably him.
