| | Began his martial arts training at the age of 14 while battling dyslexia and tendonitis. He would earn black belts in various martial arts, notably Tae Kwon Do. Was a former Golden Gloves champion as well as a 7-time Karate Champion. Member of the 1980 U.S. National Karate Team.
Appeared in numerous low budget martial arts films in the USA, including BLOODFIST (1989), CHINA O'BRIEN II (1989), KING OF THE KICKBOXERS (1990) and many more until 1996.
Currently a professional trainer and the founder of Tae-Bo, an exercise program that combines aerobics and martial arts. |
