Biography

	A top notch martial artist whose father, Al Dacascos, founded the style of Wun Hop Kuen Do. Aside from his father's style, Mark is a practitioner of kung fu, tae kwon do, muay thai, and capoeira. Works primarily in Hollywood, including a stint as "The Chairman" on the hit cooking show IRON CHEF AMERICA, based on the popular Japanese program.
