Dale Cook was a five-time world kickboxing champion. He trained in Tae Kwon Do, in which he holds a 7th-degree Black Belt. He retired from competition and acted in some B-movies in the 1990's. Aside from running Apollo's Karate School in his native Tulsa, Oklahoma, Dale is the coach for the Oklahoma Destroyers in Chuck Norris' World Combat League (WCL)
