  A resort owner bribes an official with sex with his starlet in return for planning approval, but the starlet is electocuted and disfigured. Desperate, the resort owner kills another girl, who is then skinned by a taoist, who uses it as a transplant for the starlet. The murdered girl's body must be ritually buried near the sea, and not disturbed for three days, else her spirit will seek revenge. But her body is disturbed by a group of frolicking horny teenagers.....
