Summary |
|
Ming is a tortured young man. His best friends, Yin and Wai, are mad for each other. Ming secretly loves Yin, and seeks a desperate remedy. After tricking his adoring and elderly mother out of her life savings, Ming flies to northern Thailand, where he convinces the world's dumbest wizard, La Pin, into accepting him as a disciple. La Pin has a ghost slave whom he keeps under control by banging a large nail into her head, and the slave's job is to seduce and kill certain men.
Ming's training begins with being locked in a shed with snakes and scorpions until he can eat them without dropping dead. Finally, he achieves his objective - to learn the Love Curses. A young woman has already begged La Pin for the Ordinary Love Curse, to use on her beloved. But it wore off after three months, so now she wants the Crazy Love Curse. Ming is given the task, and it works well.
Ming now has the ability to cast the Crazy Love Curse on Yin. So, what might happen next .......... |
