Summary
BRUCE LEE plays a young Kung Fu film star who is threatened by an international crime syndicate to join their faces. [from the Tai Seng Catalog]

The 1978 film The Game Of Death was created using: footage that Bruce Lee Siu-lung had shot for the original concept of the film titled "Game Of Death" back in 1972; splicing footage from other Bruce Lee films and a variety of filming tricks; and new footage featuring two Bruce Lee stand-ins, Korean martial artist Kim Tae-jeong and local businessman Chen Yao-po, with Yuen Biao and other stuntmen doubling Kim for certain movements.

Chieh Yuen played the role of "Chieh", one of Bruce Lee Siu-lung's cohorts in the original footage of The Game Of Death shot in 1972. In some shots during his fight with Ji Han-jae he was doubled by Ji's student Hwang In-shik, who was also due to play a role in the film.

Dan Inosanto was the only actor from the original 1972 footage who returned to shoot scenes for the new version of the film.

The film was released in Korea on the 18th of May 1978.
