Summary
	2009-09-09 (Venice Film Festival). Zhuozhou, Hebei, 1997. The case of Qiu Wu, who stole two luxury cars, is presented to Judge Tian. The death penalty is a possibility for the criminal, but a recent change in the law may spare him. But Tian's daughter was recently killed by a stolen vehicle.
