Reviewed by: STSH Date: 05/15/2001 Summary: Below average For an action film, there is remarkably little action, and much of it is low quality. That is, not martial arts so much as brawling. The vast majority is taken up with pretty dull and overheated melodrama. The cast is mostly unknowns, and I've had no luck in tracing the lead actor, Yueng Oi Wa, though his co-star is Wang Hoi (a member of Samo Hung's stunt team). Lots of smouldering glares and kicks and punches (when the action eventually hots up), but nothing to get excited about. Reviewer Score: 3
