After learning gung fu for 10 years from a Hunch Backed gung fu master (Simon Yuen), Hsiao Hu (Li Yi Min) is deemed by his master “an expert”. Eventually, for some odd reason, one of the Crippled Master’s former protégés, Chow Tao Hai (Lung Tien Hsiang), wants to kill him and he’ll stop at nothing to do so. But before this can happen, you have to sit through some boring comedy sprinkled in with some less than amazing fights. The only highlight of this flick is seeing Wei Ping Ao trying to act like he is a gung fu master.
