Although the plot is simple, this excellent art film is beautifully made, superbly acted and has great photography. Highly recommended.

Peter Pau's cinematography is excellent but otherwise this HK art film is unexceptional due to bland characters and uninvocating story-telling. The actors do a satisfactory job but their roles are undemanding. Production design is by James Yuen, one of the best young screenwriter in HK.
