Summary: Carina star vehicle

Charming and sometimes surreal star vehicle for Carina Lau.
Carol reminded me very much of Katherine Hepburn's dizzy character in Bringing Up Baby, though not as single-minded. Whatever, Carina Lau as the "Lying Woman" dominates this film, which works mostly to its benefit. Lawrence Ng is surprisingly engaging and quite believable as the weak guy who keeps falling for strong women. And Sally Yeh's wonderful song "Hor Gun Fong" is played three times.
Overall : Gently paced, enjoyable and worth watching.
