Summary: Depends what you're looking for

CITY COPS has a couple of great fights, in the bone-crunching late 80's HK style. I fast forwarded through most of the rest though, as what I saw looked pretty dismal.

As usual with Cynthia, she can kick someone's ass and do some pretty good fight scenes, but no plot and poor story.

FBI agent Cynthia Rothrock leaps and backflips to get amicrofilm on the triads from Ken Tong, as HK cops work on his sister. Great fights, lousy plot.
