Reviewed by: Frank Lakatos Date: 09/22/2006 Summary: Boring. IFD took footage from Lady Avenger and edited it with 80's ninja footage to make "The Ultimate Ninja Challenge(1988)." Luk Siu Fan was a talented actress in the early 80's Taiwan, but the story about mainland refugees is quite boring. Even though movie has some recognizable stars such as Chan Wai Lau as a Fearless Hyena type beggar, Tien Feng as the triad leader, and Bernard Tsui as Luk's love interest, they cannot make anything from the uninteresting script. Ocean Shores released this movie on VCD. 0/5
