Seven Years earlier, Wu Chi (Ku Feng) and Tan Fei stole some gold and were caught by the famous police chief before his retirement, Chan Hei (Kwan Hoi San). In the process of their capture, Chan Hei killed Tan Fei. Forward seven years and you’ll see in the flick that a masked man, purporting to be Tan Fei’s brother, frees Wu Chi from prison so that he can get his revenge against Wu Chi. That’s what Wu Chi thinks. Tan Fei’s brother, the masked man, has hatched a plan that will hopefully help land the gold that his brother stole in his lap. The plan almost reaches fruition but unfortunately for the masked man, a “little mouse” gets in the way to foil the plan.
