Reviewed by: mpongpun Date: 10/18/2004 This flick has the same plot as KILLER CONSTABLE, another Jason Pai Piao extravaganza. Just toss in some evil Mao Shan tricksters and a high kicking, white bearded bad guy to the mix, and you have a decent story with some action.
