Summary: Ponderous

I found the ponderous and serious treatment of this fluff rather odd. Perhaps the filmmakers wanted to warn serious and straightforward police to know their limits ! Anyway, the top-notch cast is pretty much wasted here. Much of the fighting is the old stop-motion routine, well-choreographed as it is.

And, for reasons unknown, many of the fight scenes are filmed in near darkness ! I don't think it was entirely due to the poor-quality print from which the video was copied, from which most of the colour had faded.

Should have been more fun.
