Reviewed by: hkcinema Date: 12/08/1999 The title had me hoping for a fun, low budget, violent romance likeLEGENDARY COUPLE, but this was a disappointment. The wild couple of the title have almost no chemistry or even romance. The movie tries to be a mixture of LEGENDARY COUPLE and CRIME STORY. It involves a kidnapped child of rich parents, a gang (trio actually) who can't shoot straight, and some of the most boring cops I've seen in a long time. There are some fairly decent action scenes but not enough to recommend the movie. [Reviewed by Lori Saltis]
