Starting with the cultural Revolution, the movie goes on to show the releation ship between Hong Kong and the mainland. Still, it looked as though it might have been a serious insite into crime in Hong Kong, but instead it just glorified crime like just another Triad movie (see Young & Dangerous and you'll know what I mean). So unfortunatly, not as good as it could have been. Rating (out of 5): 2 (This rating is based on the year & genre, so don't think it's based as a comparison on new releases etc.)
