Does anyone know if the following 1989 movie is available with either English subtitles (preferred) or English dubbed?

If an English version is available, where could I find it?

Tai Seng has an OOP copy with English subs: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00000JKWN/

looks like 20 dollars currently (sans shipping but always email to see if they are selling the correct version).

Hong Kong Legends released a remastered version in the UK, which should be the best version to get right now. Try Amazon.co.uk.
