Jackie Chan and The Face Behind The Mask

However, this film mentions: "and featuring a cameo by Chan himself". The masked assassin moves like JC, Chen was a friend of Jackie's at the time (1977 though many places mention this as 1974), and it is quite possible that it could be him.
However, is there any real proof that this is Jackie? Any interviews, articles etc...? Any responses (with links) would be greatly appreciated. Also if there is a better print of this film please please mention that too.
