Heinz, let me take a look. While I can probably fix this quickly with some code, FOR NOW, do not change these until I investigate. I still have some question about the use of this character for names that I am trying to clarify with HK natives.

Even if we change ? to ?, I may want to keep ? as an alias. But still ... the problem is that in HK I know that there is the use of ? for names! Jet Li is a perfect example of this.

On the other hand the UTF-8 search for people will return both simplified and traditional searches. So searching for ? will return names with ?. And the UTF-8 people page will show simplified.

I will update this after I investigate. I see you have changed some already. That's OK.
