At least Canada continues to be safe from that rascally scoundrel Stephen Chow Sing-Chi. :P

The Prettiest Senior Officials' Mistress
http://www.zonaeuropa.com/200902a.brief.htm#011

Recently, the photos of Lu Jiali have been circulating around the Internet. She is one of the principals in the Shanghai social security scandal, and it is said that she had been the mistress of (1) the director of the Shanghai Nuclear Power Company; (2) the chairman of a Shanghai investment company; (3) the former director of the Shanghai Social Security Administration; (4) Qin Yu, the former Shanghai City Government Office deputy secretary-general and later Baoshan district mayor; (5) the Shanghai City Party deputy secretary-general; (6) the Shanghai Electricity Company chairman; (7) the State Statistics Bureau director.

Lu Jiali must have been an extremely busy young lady. It is probably just a translation anomaly but if one is a "mistress" in, for example, the United States or France, it strongly implies 1) a relationship over a significant period of time and 2) exclusive access by the person who is currently paying the bills.

She apparently fled the country and is in hiding. If this article from The Telegraph is accurate I can see why.

Man, what's worse, that this gal has a shameless merry-go-round sex life for money, or that the whole concept of mistresses could still be considered so utterly commonplace in the 21st century by a culture that wants to be perceived by the outside world as progressive, or that I'm really just insanely jealous of every damned one of those guys now that I've seen her picture . . .
