Source for subtitled "Chocolate"?

Looking for a source for an English subtitled, NTSC Region 0 or 1 copy of the Thai movie "Chocolate". HKFlix.com has a VCD without English subs which I may order.

Yanin (Jeeja) Vismistananda, its star, is as cute as a boxful of kittens and looks to be a lethal kicker.
