Just saw the VCD of Oxide Pang's AB-NORMAL BEAUTY. Very gory, suspenseful and thrilling. The script is tight with tension, plus excellent visuals to enhance the mood.
Best HK film seen so far in 2005. Although the acting is amateurish, the indie feel works to the film's advantage as the characters look more genuine than drama queens.
A big gap is noted between the Pang Brother's artistic achievement. Danny Pang's LEAVE ME ALONE is a joke, and it's not even funny! Simply disappointing!

I heard is was weak and not well accept here in the US so far, That made me pass on it at the C-town shop a few times.
